Scattered but Brilliant™ is a 4-week, small-group coaching program for women who self-identify or are diagnosed with ADHD and feel capable, overwhelmed, and tired of “trying harder.”
This program leverages executive coaching skills, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and Waivilo’s ACT Framework (Acknowledge → Challenge → Transform) to help participants build systems, supports, and success strategies that work with their brain—not against it.
This is not productivity coaching. It is capacity-building, identity-based coaching rooted in safety, awareness, and experimentation.
