But for a long time, I led from a place of obligation—not alignment. I was successful on paper, but something was missing.

Coaching helped me change that. Through coaching, I found clarity, reconnected with my values, and learned how to lead with authenticity and purpose—not just productivity.

​That transformation inspired me to become a coach and create Waivilo—a name inspired by my daughter and a reminder that we are all allowed to define success on our own terms.
