I’m Melissa Wetzel, PCC-credentialed Executive Coach, Leadership Strategist, and Founder of Waivilo Coaching & Consulting. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in federal service, I know firsthand the challenges leaders face when balancing performance, purpose, and people. I built Waivilo to be a guiding compass for professionals who want more than just success—they want significance.

My Story
My journey has been one of bold transformation—both personally and professionally. In just five years, I:

• Lost 100 pounds and redefined my health.
• Pivoted careers to align with my true calling.
• Bought a second home and embraced living life on purpose.

  At the same time, I’ve been navigating one of life’s greatest leadership roles—being a graceful parent to two neurodiverse children. Parenting has taught me resilience, creativity, and compassion in ways that directly shape my coaching. I understand what it means to juggle competing priorities, create safe environments for growth, and celebrate progress over perfection.
