I’m **Melissa Wetzel**, PCC-credentialed Executive Coach, Leadership Strategist, and Founder of Waivilo Coaching & Consulting. With over **20 years of senior leadership experience in public service**, I know firsthand the challenges leaders face when balancing performance, purpose, and people. I built Waivilo to be a **guiding compass for professionals who want more than just success—they want significance.**

**My Story**  
My journey has been one of bold transformation—both personally and professionally. In just five years, I:

- **Lost 100 pounds** and redefined my health.
- **Pivoted careers** to align with my true calling.
- **Bought a second home** and embraced living life on purpose.
- **Built Waivilo Coaching** as a partner for leaders seeking clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth.
  
  At the same time, I’ve been navigating one of life’s greatest leadership roles—**being a graceful parent to two neurodiverse children**. Parenting has taught me resilience, creativity, and compassion in ways that directly shape my coaching. I understand what it means to juggle competing priorities, create safe environments for growth, and celebrate progress over perfection.

These milestones reflect the same principles I bring to my clients: **courage to choose differently, clarity to chart the right course, and accountability to keep moving forward.**
